BUILDING IMPROVEMENTS

January 24, 2023 ~ The individual recycle bins were replaced by two dumpsters.  This will give us more space to discard of recyclable items and help keep the area cleaner and more organized.  It is imperative that all boxes be broken down and that only recyclable items be placed in the dumpsters (paper, glass, cans, plastic containers and cardboard).  Plastic bags should not be put in the dumpster ~ empty the contents and discard the bag in the regular trash.  Owners who rent should pass this information on to their tenants.  Everyone's cooperation in complying with the proper disposal of recyclables is greatly appreciated!

December 22, 2022 ~ The parking lot has been completed!!

October 16, 2022 ~ Asphalt repair on the East side of the middle hedges running down the parking lot will be performed on Monday, October 24th, and Tuesday, October 25th.  All cars parked in these areas need to be moved to a different location.  The sealing will be done in two phases ~ the South half of the lot will be done November 15th through Novembe 17th; and the North half will be done November 21st through November 23rd.  During your planned phase, your vehicles need to be moved to a different location.

September 27, 2022 ~ Check this out ~ our new and improved grilling area now being referred to as "The Grill Pit".  Thanks to Larry Pierce and Bob and Patrick Mealey as they were very instrumental in coordinating the laying of the new brick patio and putting the area back together for all to enjoy!  Great job guys!!

August 15, 2022 ~ The condo grill located on our patio has been replaced due to the old one being badly rotted out.  After using the grill, please be considerate and turn off the gas.

August 3, 2022 ~ Over the past few weeks, the Board has been busy making several building improvements, though they may seem relatively minor in the scheme of things, they make a big difference and our Building is so much more attractive because of the changes.  Following are the recent updates ~ stairway lighting; new trash chute doors and handles with automatic closures; and doors to the storage room and the electrical/power grid room were replaced and painted.

In addition, with the help from the Mealy Family, Bob, Barbara and Patrick, the patio tables have been replaced and we now have 3 round cement tables with benches and umbrellas (research for the table sets courtesy of Barbara and thanks to the Mealy's for the donation of the umbrellas)!!  Not only that, they also donated a fountain to replace the one that was in front of the building.  The Mealy's can be found often around the building sprucing up the place like power washing or cleaning up things and all our thanks go out to them!!
