The attached Rental Application is effective March 23, 2024 and must be used going forward. Applications that don't include the information regarding recycling will no longer be accepted.
Please click on the "Rental Application" box above to retrieve the rental application for Atlantis "B". This application needs to be filled out in it's entirety and signed by both the Owner and the proposed tenants. When completed it needs to be returned to:

Along with the Application, the following must be included:
Non-refundable $150 Application Fee;
Refundable $250 Security Deposit;
Self-addressed stamped envelope for the return of the security deposit; and
Copies of proposed tenant's drivers license.
Both checks should be made payable to the Atlantis Building B Condominium Association.
PEASE NOTE: There is a 30 day minimum stay requirement and a 6 person maximum for overnight guests in any unit. Exceeding this limit will result in immediate expulsion. In addition, no renter, or guests of renters, are permitted to have pets in the units or on the premises.
