Please click on the "Rental Application" box above to retrieve the rental application for Atlantis "B". This application needs to be filled out in it's entirety and signed by both the Owner and the proposed tenants. When completed it needs to be returned to:

Along with the Application, the following must be included:
Non-refundable $150 Application Fee; and
Copies of proposed tenant's drivers license.
Check should be made payable to the Atlantis Building B Condominium Association.
PEASE NOTE: There is a 30 day minimum stay requirement and a 6 person maximum for overnight guests in any unit. Exceeding this limit will result in immediate expulsion. In addition, no renter, or guests of renters, are permitted to have pets in the units or on the premises.
