Fire & Life-Safety / Fire Pump Replacement – August, 2026
Building B has completed significant upgrades to the fire protection system, including replacement of the fire pump, electronic controller, associated piping and connectors, and electrical rewiring. The work addressed five outstanding Fire Department violations and restored the building’s ability to properly pump water through the fire protection system when needed.
