Elevator Preventive Maintenance & Improvements – 2026–Ongoing
TK Elevator has replaced the elevator cylinder heads, and new sump pumps have been installed in the elevator shafts. A new traveling cable is also on order to replace the existing cable due to normal wear and tear. These improvements support the continued safety, reliability and long-term operation of Building B’s elevators.
