Last stack knocking out the old concrete.

I took this pic in the morning. Everything on 12/13 stacks is done... except the railings. Work on 16/17 is going at a good pace (seems like they are getting the hang of things). Stacks 14/15 won't start until they complete the railings... which were supposed to be here by now.
I think everyone is frustrated at the construction pace. The board has pushed and pushed and there has been one delay after another that none of us can control. Having moved here from the Midwest and seeing how things are done at my house - I can attest that Florida is just... different. And then the government inspections are... well, ridiculous.
The good news is we should still be on pace to be done by early December. Our building which is our asset will be much better and safer. The board is doing everything they can to keep costs down and get done as soon as possible.
