Quarterly dues in the amount of $2,000 are due and payable as follows:

• January 1

• April 1

• July 1

• October 1

SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS

Roof Tile Project ~ $1,000

​

The Special Assessment for the Roof Tile Project was passed on September 8, 2023.  Payment is due September 8, 2023 and considered past due on October 8, 2023.  Payment must be submitted in a separate check and not included with the October 1st quarterly payment.
