QUARTERLY DUES

Quarterly dues in the amount of $2,000 are due and payable as follows:

​

• January 1

• April 1

• July 1

• October 1

​

SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS

​​

There is a special assessment in the amount of $3,000.  Terms of payment:  you can pay the full amount on April 1, 2025; or in 3 increments of $1,000 on April 1, 2025, July 1, 2025 and October 1, 2025.  Payments for the assessment must be on a separate check and not included with the quarterly dues.
